To all our Students

Short Courses Australia continue to deliver essential short courses during COVID-19 restrictions.

Short courses deemed essential are responsible liquor, food safety and first aid compliance certificates that are pre-requisites for employment.

Participants can choose to attend face to face classroom based courses or to participate in the same training course via at home live teleconferencing, via ZOOM.

We request that all short courses are booked and paid for online or on the phone. Staff at our office are currently working remotely and with rostered ad hoc days at the office to minimise contact between each other.

If a course is required to be paid for on the day of the course then please be advised that we are not accepting cash payments.

Class sizes have been significantly reduced to enforce social distancing rules.

Classrooms and furniture is sanitised before and after each course.

A maximum of 2 short courses are delivered at our training centre at one time.

Each trainer follows correct hand sanitisation practices before, during and after each short course with hand sanitiser provided at the course registration desk and outside the training rooms. Trainers do not have to wear a mask whilst training. However must wear a mask when coming to and from the training centre.

Any visitor/student attending a short course should be wearing a face mask and should continue wearing that face mask for the duration of the training, where practicable, or unless they have a pre-existing medical condition.

If you are experiencing any flu like symptom, including fever, cough or tiredness do not attend. You will be offered a full refund or ability to reschedule the course at no charge.

Electronic copies of certificates are emailed to the student on completion. At this time we are not mailing hard copies of certificates except for the VCGLR RSA certificates as required by the VCGLR.
