Fees and Charges Policy

Short Courses Australia operates as a fee for the service training business. This means all training programs attract fees.

All fees will be paid at or prior to the commencement of training unless prior arrangements are made with Short Courses Australia Management.

Each course fee includes all course materials, training session by a highly skilled and qualified instructor, and a statement of attainment.

Printing of Qualification: 

Short Courses Australia emails all students a copy of their qualification within five (5) business days so that they have timely access to their certificates.

If you wish a physical or hard copy of your certificate you will be charged a fee of $20.00 to print and post a copy of your qualification or certificate to you. Please speak with your trainer or contact us on 1300 74 74 30 if a hard copy of your qualification is required.

Re-issue of Certificates: 

An administration fee of $25.00 applies for Short Courses Australia to re-issue a copy of your Certificate or Statement of Attainment.
