Kate Mitchell

Kate grew up in central Victoria working in her parents family owned catering business from a young age. By 18 she had moved to Melbourne to continue her 18 year hospitality career working within and managing some of Melbournes best cafes, bars, pubs, espresso bars and restaurants. Kate has a long standing love of the hospitality industry and began sharing her knowledge as a trainer in 2015, delivering RSA, Barista courses, Hospitality Management and Latte Art courses in Melbourne.
